Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

This policy explains how I look after any personal information you share with me through this website and my scorecard. I keep it simple, and I only ask for what I actually need.

Who I am

I'm Bianca Hawker. I run Abode-ID — a strategic brand design service for property developers — as a sole trader under my own name, based in the Algarve, Portugal. I'm the person responsible for your information (the "data controller").

If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can reach me at bianca.abode.id@gmail.com.

What information I collect

Depending on how you interact with me, I may collect:

  • Your name and email address — when you take the scorecard, book a call, or get in touch.
  • Your answers to the scorecard — information about your project, so I can generate your results.
  • Anything you choose to tell me — for example in a message, an enquiry, or on a call.

I don't collect payment card details directly — if you book a paid call, payment is handled securely by my booking and payment providers.

How I use your information, and why

I use your information to:

  • Send you your scorecard results — because you asked me to (this is necessary to provide the service you requested).
  • Respond to your enquiries and arrange calls — to deal with a request you've made.
  • Email you occasionally with useful bits for property developers — only if you've ticked the opt-in box. These come from me personally, not an automated newsletter, and you can ask me to stop at any time.
  • Understand and improve my website — based on my legitimate interest in running my business well.

I will never sell your information, and I won't share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who I share it with

To run my business I use a few trusted service providers who handle data on my behalf:

  • ScoreApp — to run the scorecard and store your responses and contact details.
  • Webflow — to host and run my website.
  • Google (Gmail) — to reply to you and stay in touch by email.
  • Cal.com — to schedule calls.
  • Revolut / Stripe — to take payment securely for paid calls.

Each of these only handles your data to provide their service to me, under their own privacy and security terms. Some may be based outside the EU/EEA; where that's the case, they use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it: to deliver your results, respond to you, and — if you've opted in — stay in touch. If you ask me to delete your data, or you opt out, I'll remove you from my active records unless I'm required to keep something for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under data protection law (GDPR) you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information I hold about you,
  • ask me to correct anything that's wrong,
  • ask me to delete your information,
  • object to or restrict how I use it, and
  • withdraw your consent to emails at any time.

Just email me at bianca.abode.id@gmail.com and I'll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to Portugal's data protection authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, www.cnpd.pt), or the equivalent authority in your country.

Cookies

My website is built on Webflow, which may set a small number of essential cookies needed to run the site. I don't currently use any analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes in future, I'll update this policy and add a cookie notice where needed. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
